Easter Sunday Tu hosted the Todd Family for a gathering. Breia & Todd, Aunt Eleanor & Big John; Tommy, Jennifer, and Nancy; Carolyn; Susan, Chris, Kathryn, and Dylan all came. In hind sight, I really wish we had made an effort to get a family photo even though a few members of the family were missing. It was a beautiful day and Edie and Kathryn enjoyed an Easter Egg hunt and lots of playing outside.

Easter 2012
We finally had an Easter weekend that wasn't drenched in rain! Poppy and Tu took us to the boat club for the Easter Egg hunt and lunch on Saturday. Edie loved the Easter Egg hunt, and it was so fun to have it outside this year instead of inside like previous years due to rain!

Molly's First Birthday!
Molly had her first birthday on March 10! It's hard to believe its been a year already!! We had a small party with just Poppy & Tu, uncle Todd & aunt Breia, and the Sutherland's. Oma and Opa were sick and ended up not being able to travel.
Molly loved her cake and enjoyed the attention. She LOVED her balloons! Her favorite gift was a little Princess car from Edie.
Molly had her check up and is still a wee little thing. 20% for weight and 50% on height. She loves to eat and will eat almost anything. And after spitting up for an entire year, that seems to have finally subsided for the most part. She's still very vocal(loud), does mamama's and dadadada's but mostly just baby babble. She's been crawling since 6 months and pulling up since about 9 months. She can walk across the room holding her little walker wagon but cannot walk on her own yet. On her birthday, she started standing unassisted for a few seconds!
Other Molly tidbits at age one:
- she LOVES her blanket! She piles it up and sleeps on it like a pillow.
- still a thumb sucker
- loves to wear necklaces and plastic beads, and to put on hats
- wiggliest baby ever. Every diaper change/outfit change is a challenge! Staying still is not her strongsuit
- loves to go for stroller/wagon rides
- loves Sadie!!!
- for the most part sleeps all night. However, she's a super dramatic teether so when that's going on there's very little sleep
- speaking of teeth. she has 5 of them
- loves to wave hello and goodbye. Just started doing "so big" and gets so excited about that. Also loves to play peekaboo!
- giggles and laughs a lot!! Everyone comments on how she is such a Happy baby. She definitely has a sense of humor. The flip side is she also makes it very known when she is bored or not happy
- for the most part, she and Edie play really well together. She especially loves to take baths with Edie. Molly makes it seem like we are in a splash park with all the giggles and splashing!
- loves to throw food down for Sadie...we are working to correct that!

Christmas 2011
Well here it is President's Day and I'm just now getting to posting Christmas pictures. This was a hectic Christmas for us. We moved 2 weeks before Christmas, and with great sadness Christmas week also brought the passing of Uncle George.
We managed to still have a nice Christmas at home, despite all the chaos. Here are a few pictures.

At the Dismas Christmas Charities party, Edie FINALLY sat on Santa's lap. She was not to be outdone by her little sister!

Christmas morning, with her activity table from Santa. Notice that she's pulling up on her own!
Santa brought the Tinkerbell Fairy barbies!!! Edie snuck downstairs and ran upstairs with the huge box of them to wake us up first thing Christmas morning. She was SO excited!

Santa's big award to both girls - a Barbie jeep!

Happy Thanksgiving, Merry Christmas, Happy New Year
Its been an eventful few months for us, so Ive fallen a bit behind again on our updates. We sold our house and moved to a new one just before Christmas so its been a bit hectic. Its a bit of a project house so I've been a bit overwhelmed, but I'll try to keep up from here on out. I'll post Christmas pictures separately, and also try to do updates on each of the girls soon too. Molly has changed SO much!! And she will be a year old in just one short month! I can hardly believe it!
We met up with Oma and Opa in Naples to spend Thanksgiving with Big Edie. It was a great trip! Molly did not travel so well on the way home though so needless to say, it may be our last trip by flight until she's a bit bigger! My favorite part of the trip - playing golf with my 92 year old grandmother, and of course she beat me!
Here's a few highlights of our trip-
